Circle Navi / サークルナビ

From an exhibitor post
to your event-day plan.

The problem

Event information is scattered.

Exhibitor announcements, product lists and updates often live in separate posts and images. Finding the relevant information and turning it into a useful plan takes time.

The approach

One practical event view.

The private processing pipeline uses AI to extract and organize event information. Reviewed data is exported to a separate public site with search, filters and an interactive venue map.

Public post displays link to or embed the original source. Private analysis data and administration stay separate.

Current capabilities

Prepare. Discover. Navigate.

AI-assisted extraction

Identify relevant posts, extract talent and goods information, and structure event data for review.

Search & filtering

Find circles by name, location and public tags. Narrow the catalog by talent, goods genre and favorites.

Interactive venue maps

Explore booth locations, see favorites on the map, and open circle details.

Favorites & purchase planning

Keep favorites, notes and purchase records in the visitor's browser.

Offline saved views

Save selected circles and app assets for event-day use. Live X embeds require an internet connection.

Human review

Review uncertain AI results and keep corrections protected when source information changes.

Live deployment / HoloKle 12th

GA4 active users are an analytics metric, not a verified count of individual people or customers. Page views include virtual page views from switching between app screens.

Next direction

A shared foundation for more events.

We plan to separate circle identities from event participation, manage events as configuration, and reuse source-backed information across deployments. The integrated system is currently a specification, rather than a completed platform.

Future AI work focuses on evaluating extraction quality, routing difficult cases to stronger models, and reducing processing cost and manual review. Claude evaluation is planned; Claude is not currently integrated into the production pipeline.
